Metro Relief provides personalized care and resources on a weekly basis to individuals experiencing homelessness. The nonprofit organization’s mission is to help people get off the street through a mobile, person-centered approach.
“Ultimately we’re trying to get the homeless off the street and into housing,” said Bryan Doyle, Director for Development at Metro Relief. The group serves thousands of individuals across multiple cities throughout the Dallas Metroplex.
Metro Relief sends Outreach buses out on the weekends with volunteer groups. The staff serves food, provides sanitation and hygiene kits, counseling services and more. CASI’s Community Grant will benefit the organization’s winter program with supplies such as blankets, hats and gloves.
