INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY, REDUCED FATIGUE

“We are a cotton testing laboratory, and we need to move our samples all around the facility for various stages of testing. Previously, we transported about 15 cotton samples at a time in a large container. This process was very labor intensive for our employees, who had to remove the container from the conveyor, individually test each sample, and then replace the entire container after the testing was complete. It led to lower productivity and high levels of fatigue.

“However, with the CASI system, the amount of handling has significantly decreased. There is no longer a need for employees to remove the entire container full of samples. In the CASI system, we send a single sample directly to the employees at their workstation on a conveyor. They process samples one by one and send them back. The CASI system has eliminated the need to send large containers of samples by providing the flexibility to move samples one at a time rather than in large batches.”

EASY INSTALLATION PROCESS
